HOW DO I ORDER?
We provide two main ways of ordering a shower. If you are after a shower that appears on the website, feel free to order and pay online.
If its something a little more custom, feel free to email us at hollowtreeshowers@gmail.com.Your welcome to send us photos of your area, where your water is located and any other information you have. Alternatively call Meagan on 0417316264 to discuss options.
HOW DO I PAY?
You can order and pay online using card, PayPal or Shop pay. Alternatively Meagan will email you an invoice for you to direct debit.
WHAT TO I GET WITH MY SHOWER?
Our aim has always been to make the process of installing an Outdoor Shower as easy as possible. We Supply all Shower parts including head, arm, taps and pipe. We also include wall brackets, cover plates and screws. The idea is that your plumber just needs to connect the water and secure the shower to a wall or post.
WHY DO WE POWDER COAT OUR SHOWERS?
Powder coat paint is made to withstand the outdoor elements. Powder coating protects our showers from salty air, rust and general corrosion.
CAN YOU DO ANY COLOUR SHOWER?
Powder coating colours are more limited to standard paint colours. However if we do not stock the colour required we can order in something very similar for a small fee. Meagan is always happy to discuss colour options via email or phone.
HOW FRAGILE ARE THE COLOURED SHOWERS?
We always remind customers to be gentle with the showers during installation. We suggest using cloth or cardboard between the spanner and bolt when tightening so not to chip any paint.This is easy to do and provide a perfect finish.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SHOWER TO ORDER?
It all depends on where your water is located. Running Hot water outdoors can be labour intensive for an established home. Locate where Hot water is located in doors and see if your plumber can bring it out to an outdoor wall.
If your shower is away from the house, the water is usually ran in the ground, so a full length shower may be more suited.
